At Izzara, we strive to provide the best shopping experience and premium quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return & Refund Window

Customers can request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery of the order.

Requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A complete unboxing/opening video of the parcel is mandatory for any return, refund, replacement, missing item, or damage claim.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the courier package
  • Clearly show the shipping label
  • Show the package being opened completely
  • Be continuous without cuts or edits
  • Clearly display the product received

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.


3. Eligibility for Return/Refund

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice must be intact
  • The product should not have any stains, perfume smell, makeup marks, damage, or alterations
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

4. Return/Replacement Accepted In Cases Of

We accept returns/replacements only in the following situations:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product received
  • Missing item in the package
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Size issue (subject to stock availability)

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns/refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags/packaging
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products purchased during sale/clearance offers
  • Minor color differences due to lighting/screen settings

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our quality check team:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank/payment gateway processing time may vary further

If the return does not pass quality inspection, the product may be shipped back to the customer.


7. Exchange Process

If you require a size exchange:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Reverse shipping/reshipping charges may apply
